Can the computer I'm planning to buy play this game on high?

I want to get the CyberpowerPC Gamer Xtreme 5216 Desktop because it's obviously cost-effective and it seems to be pretty okay. But what I wanted to know is if this computer can stand playing Dragon Age 2 on medium or high (preferably the latter). Please list other alternatives along with your answer, my budget is 1000. I don't care about audio and will only be doing low-key stuff on the Internet, so that's not a priority.
