I updated my graphic card drivers
I disabled AA, VSync and high quality graphics
I run as admin...
WHAT'S THE PROBLEM??
(I have Intel C2D T6600 2.2Ghz, 4GB ram, 1GB gt240m)|||I had the same problem. I tried updating DirectX and it said it was already up to date, so I changed it to DirectX 9 and it worked.
