Is the Nvidia GTS250 / 9800gtx a good graphics card for gaming?

I am about to spend a fair amount of money on a PC;

Intel core 2 quad 2.5ghz

4gb RAM

750gb HDD

Nvidia GTS250

Windows 7

I have a 1080p monitor and just want to know that this setup will play games like Crysis, Fallout 3 Dragon Age etc at a High Resolution.

Thanks in advance for your replies.|||Those cards are pretty fast DX10 mainstream cards. They can run many games at high resolution BUT not at high game settings. It is really the high-end cards (%26gt;$200) that are capable of running Crysis at high game settings and high resolution.

If you want a graphics card that is more future-proof, better get a DX11 card since Windows 7 supports DX11. Consider the ATI HD 5770 or the cheaper HD 5750.|||Go for the GTS250 if you really want to enjoy gaming (Specially if you are a gaming freak looks like one) The advantage of buying expensive video cards is the longevity of being obsolete. But for most casis obcourse the best gaming card gives you the best gaming experience.

You are totally loaded men... Anyweys according to reviews
