Bearded dragon changed color and doesnt eat much now help!!!!?

i have a sand fire bearded dragon red orange color and on sunday i made her very own enclosure a 4 foot long 2 foot wide and 2 feet high with a 75 watt repti halogen basking light from zoo med and a 15 watt 18" 10.0 uvb fluorescent lamp from exo terra and for the enclosure door im using a temporary dark bed sheet till this weekend when i can make the door. so two days later i notice her back is turning a little dark so i assume shes shedding i gave her a bath to help her shed its been three day since then she hasn't shedded, her entire body has went from bright orange red to almost brown gray with blackish lines under her beard and belly, and big eating habit change so shes is not eating as much now im hoping she is stressed out cuz of her new home but not sure can anyone help me??? oh yea shes 9" long i dont know her age i found her at work with two fingers cut off so i had to do the right thing and take her in.|||She is too cold give her a 100 watt baskin light and make sure she has got a heat mat or she will DIE|||it is very possible that she is stressed, but maybe it is the enclosure. i had a beardie that was almost a foot and i had her in a huge custom cage. she was really changing her attitude, color, habits, ect....i put her in a smaller cage and put a sheet over it , like you, and she calmed down and went to normal. so its a big posability that the enclosure is too big.....i know its weird but put her in a smaller viv for a while and see what happens. keep me posted on what happens with her
