Computer freezes, issues?

When I try to run high-rez games like MapleStory, Divinity 2 and Dragon Age 2, I get lag like no other. I have 5+GBs of RAM, 1920x1080 res and Windows 7. I also have the ATI RS880 graphics card|||Does it lag when you are playing the "online" games you mentioned or does it lab when you pay any other games or does your computer freezes all the time?

Here are a few things to think about:

鈻?If it freezes all the time, then try doing "disk check".

鈻?If your computer freezes only when you play "online" games, then you may just have a bad Internet connection.

鈻?If it freezes when you play any games, then it's do with systen requirements: (a) You have a lot of RAM, but you only have an "integrated" video card, and you are trying to play the games on such high resolution. Reduce the resolution down. (b) As the user above ("Riko") said, do you have a 64-bit Windows 7 to make use of the 8GB of RAM? If you have a 32-bit Windows, it'll only be able to utilize 2GB even though you have much more than that.|||%26gt;Your problem is you have integrated video. You need to buy a video card.

PS you cannot have 5 gigs of RAM! That is a physical impossibility. You can have 4 or 6 but not an odd number like 5 or 7. You can have 3 gigs which is an odd number in single channel mode, but not a 5 or a 7. It must be a typo, I bet you have 6 gigs.|||are you using 64 bit cuz if not that ram is useless. also are you running all of those on high settings? cuz i can easily run maplestory on a netbook. that fxcard is integrated so your not going to get much power out of it so make sure you have it set to performance setting.
