Great fantasy video games?

I've played Dragon Age Origins, as well as Dragon Age 2, so don't suggest them. I've also played Trine.

I really want something that has a 'high fantasy' kind of feel. It doesn't matter what genre, I'm open to anything. Even MMOs, if they're free. Preferably something that really immerses you into the game and has a great soundtrack. Anything that has a fantasy theme, I guess. If you can, please give more than just one suggestion.

I've heard Fable suggested, but should I try 1, 2 or 3 first?

Only Xbox 360 and PC, please.|||The Elder Scrolls series (favorites being Marrowind, Oblivion and most likely the upcoming Skyrim)

World Of Warcraft- Online MMORPG which is a blast to play if you have the time. Very popular for PC.

Diablo-Older PC game that is well received by critics and most gamers

Dungeon Siege- I don't know much about this one other than it is an adventure game for the PC and many people seem to like it. New one is coming out soon

Torchlight- Overhead RPG adventure/dungeon crawler that is available for Xbox 360 and PC

Demon Souls- Very interesting game but very difficult and rewarding. Only get this one if you have time to spare. PS3 exclusive and well received by critics

Magicka- Overhead PC game that let's you use over the top spell combos to defeat enemies alone or with 3 other friends

Final Fantasy series- Very popular RPG fantasy series that many people have fallen in love with for various consols. Most of the new ones are more futuristic fantasy but the older ones are medieval fantasy.

Two Worlds 2- Third person adventure fantasy game that got mixed reviews but was much better than the first. not my favorite but still ok for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC

Fable series- Third person RPG adventure games for Xbox and Xbox 360. Very innovative and fun to play with a great story. They are not closely linked so you may play in any order you wish. I started with the second

Zelda series- A very loved series that has been around since near the beginning of gaming which is full of fun fantasy story that is for many consols (the most recent being for Wii)

That's just to name a couple. Most of these while all fantasy games have very different play styles so if one catches your eye do a little research on it if you would like. Also if there are any typos sorry I wrote this kind of fast :P|||I heard the Witcher is pretty good, also, if you are a fan of fantasy then Elder Scrolls Oblivion is a must play! Also, Diablo II and Lord of Destruction expansion is great too. As well as Torch Light. Theres a new fantasy game coming out in a few days, Hunted: Demon Forge or something, worth checking out. For MMOs, theres always private servers you can try, WoW, and Aion are nice. I think Runes of Magic is a free MMO. These are the few I can come up with from the top of my head.|||Mass effect, Mass Effect 2, Diablo, Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas

Dont no if the mass effects or Fallouts are fantasy games because they take place in the future, but its definately several of the best games.

And if ur gonna try Fable go in chronological order. do 1 first because it was their best one. fable 2 was good. but fable 3 wasnt that good|||For a MMO try out MABOGANI it's really good and balnced for free players.

Elders scrolls OBLIVION is a must along with Fable 1 and 3.

If your up for something a bit different try out Mass Effect 1 and 2 as try have a great story line and are unique compared to any other RPG.|||I am going to go ahead and re-enforce the answer that suggested Oblivion, it is by far the best choice for what your looking for. It's incredibly immersive, and it's an open world. Got it about a week ago, and already like it more than Fallout and Fable.|||Oblivion the Elder Scrolls|||phanisy star universe|||Well then you gotta try Dungeon siege for pc awsome game
