Will my pc run Skyrim without lag?

I'd also like to know the highest quality you think i will be able to run it at, i do not want lag and i do not care much about the graphics, i would definetlly play on lowest settings just to play it. Anyway, here are my specs i used Dragon Age 2 to get them.

Now, only thing that worries me is my Video card and especially my RAM. Hope one of you knows if it will be alright, i really want to play it when it comes out in november.|||It's hard to find out if you can run a game which is not yet released or has no announcements about the official system requirements.

Most of the latest games requires atleast 3~4GB so I think 2GB is a bit low. Your graphic card is pretty outdated, it would struggle to even run the games which are out now like Dragon Age Origins and Black OPS.

I think your CPU is alright since its a dual core.
